Sweat - Day 10

This weekend (plus today) were major cheat days. Ate large portions and inhaled treats like crazy. 

I attempted to do a 45-minute workout but only lasted 33 minutes. I gave myself 3 stars because I could feel my muscles doing a good workout, but my cardio lacks stamina. My cardio sets would last less than half the 30 or 60 seconds. 


Not to use excuses, but I did have a huge lunch at work today. Including this amazing pistachio brownie and hazelnut sponge dessert.


On that note, I'll be having an apple or orange this evening. And lots of water. Ah, rest...
