Slipping - Day 6

What happened? Well, I think my first mistake was taking a sip from the fountain of intermediate workouts. I sure got a licking and started "slipping." I tried the Toning workout which I ended up quitting after 9 minutes. And I gave myself 1 star.


So I continued on and tried Fast and Flexible and completed the whole 15 mins. Gave myself 3 stars. But it was like something I never did before. Learned new workouts which was cool. But I felt like I wasn't doing the workout correctly in its entirety. Will do better tomorrow. 

On another note, today is the first day of Lent, so I'm giving up treats of all kinds - things that are not a part of a rounded meal. If anything, I will replace those treats with strictly fruits or vegetables.

Speaking of fruits, in the spirit of Spartan Sprint, I am enjoying a spartan apple tonight. Crisp and juicy!
