I went to the gym with my cousin Hotrain since they offered an insanity class. Hands down, the DVD is waaaaaay more challenging than the class. The instructor was a little on the big side and could not keep up with her own class :( I still pushed myself and worked a good sweat. Like dani-wok, I feel my stamina is a bit better.
Squat challenge. 20. Check.
Burpee challenge. Barely 20. Check.
I need to incorporate more weights.
